Hunter Biden’s Ex Demands His Arrest, Reveals Disgraceful Reason Why

Hunter Biden’s former girlfriend, Lunden Roberts, has asked an Arkansas judge to reopen their child support case and order jail time if Biden fails to comply with a 2023 agreement related to the care of their daughter.

According to court records reviewed by The New York Post, Roberts filed a motion on Tuesday requesting that the court hold the 55-year-old in civil contempt. She is seeking his incarceration in the Independence County Detention Center until he complies with existing court orders.

“Incarcerate him … as a civil penalty until he purges his contempt by complying with this court’s orders,” the filing states.

Roberts, 34, and Biden reached a settlement in 2023 that resolved a prolonged legal dispute. Under the agreement, Biden committed to transferring proceeds from a specified number of his artwork sales for the benefit of their daughter, Navy Joan Roberts, who was four years old at the time. In legal filings, the child is identified as “MC1.”

As part of the settlement, Roberts dropped her request to change the child’s last name to Biden and reduced her monthly child support request from $20,000 to $5,000.

Biden had previously denied paternity for several years until a court-ordered DNA test in 2019 confirmed he was the child’s father.

Hunter Biden addressed the media on December 13, 2023 explaining that he would not testify behind closed doors to the US Congress.

The new motion alleges that Biden initially maintained contact with his daughter through scheduled phone calls, but abruptly stopped communication in 2024 following the publication of Roberts’ memoir, Out of the Shadows. The filing states that the book did not disparage or criticize Biden.

Roberts further claims that her daughter suffered emotional distress after attending a family wedding, where she realized her father would not accompany her down the aisle or participate in traditional father-daughter moments.

The filing argues that Biden only engages with the case when legally compelled and asserts that incarceration is necessary to enforce compliance. It also calls for criminal penalties, stating that Biden has shown disregard for the authority of the court.

The motion was first reported on X by the conservative nonprofit research group Marco Polo.

Despite the alleged lack of contact, the filing says the child continues to express hope of reuniting with her father, telling relatives she believes she will see him in heaven because he “lives far away and is really busy.”

“To this day, MC1 has not heard again from her father,” the motion states, adding that this contradicts previous statements by Biden in which he expressed guilt and remorse over his absence from her life.
