Alabama frat boy accused of beating ex-girlfriend before her Long Island cop dad confronted him
A University of Alabama frat boy has been the center of an online frenzy after being arrested for allegedly beating up his ex-girlfriend.
And in a twist, the victim’s dad, a Long Island cop, is also facing charges after he showed up the next day to allegedly threaten his daughter’s attacker.
Ryan DellaFranco allegedly attacked his 19-year-old ex inside his off-campus Tuscaloosa apartment near the college’s Bryant-Denny Stadium, according to the Tuscaloosa Police Department.
Ryan DellaFranco, 19, has been charged after a domestic dispute last weekend, police said.
“He slammed her head into a toilet and was over top of her choking her,” a texter, only named as Ava, claimed in a Snapchat conversation circulating on X.
“She hit him in the balls and grabbed her phone and ran away…He chased her and broke into her apartment.”
